Singer songwriter , composer and classically trained pianist who has written ‘the best Irish song of the Decade’ Eamon travels a soundscape from Radiohead to Ravel. His album ‘Hang the Moon’ was described as ‘Pure Genius’ by The Dubliners legend John Sheahan. Eamon’s voice and lyrical style draw echoes of Elbow, Tom Waits and Randy Newman. Julie Feeny told Eamon that his song 'Hang The Moon' was one of the most beautiful things she had ever heard. A virtuoso pianist Eamon has played with artists like John Sheahan of The Dubliners and Steve Wickham of Waterboys fame. Eamon's haunting score for the landmark Television series on the Famine 'Mna Dibhearta' was recently featured on RTE'S LYRIC FM. The series has now been sold to Australian, Canadian and BBC networks and is being distributed for international DVD release.Eamon is currently working on the scores for two Irish movies.
